Experienced Salesperson (Remote)

We are seeking a highly experienced and talented Salesperson to join our team at BCO Agency. As an Experienced Salesperson, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, closing deals with potential customers, and mentoring junior sales team members.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales or business development

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Familiarity with CRM software and advanced computer skills

  • Ability to mentor and train junior sales team members

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales leads through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and networking

  • Communicate the value proposition of our services to potential customers

  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and customers

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of services to customers

  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas

  • Mentor and train junior sales team members
