Startup Lawyer (USA)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Startup Lawyer to join our team at BCO Agency. As a Startup Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to our clients in the USA on matters related to starting and growing their businesses.

Requirements:

  • Degree from an accredited law school

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a startup lawyer in the USA

  • Strong understanding of startup legal issues in the USA, including incorporation, IP protection, contracts, and fundraising

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and guidance to our clients in the USA on matters related to starting and growing their businesses

  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, corporate documents, and IP protection agreements

  • Assist clients with incorporation and fundraising in the USA

  • Advise clients on legal risks and compliance issues in the USA

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business strategists and financial advisors, to ensure legal advice is aligned with business objectives in the USA
