Telemarketer (Remote)

We are seeking an experienced and talented Telemarketer to join our team at BCO Agency. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for generating leads and qualifying prospects through outbound calling.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in telemarketing or sales

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and qualify prospects through outbound calling

  • Communicate the value proposition of our services to potential customers

  • Schedule appointments and follow-up with prospects as necessary

  • Document and update customer information in the CRM system

  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation quotas
